Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or peak demand periods.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include a nominal service fee.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, D’amour is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping details, or unsuccessful delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability.

Packaging & Safety

Every D’amour order is securely packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
