Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase are required
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

- Customized or personalised products
- Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or digital wallet
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, an exchange can be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacement products are shipped within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and the order must be returned as per this policy.
